How to get started with therapy

  1. Book a consultation

    A consultation is a conversation where you can share what’s going on, and ask questions about therapy. I’ll also share how I would work with you. You’ll get a sense of my personality and my approach.

    There isn’t any pressure or obligation to continue.

  2. Try a few sessions

    If we both feel that we could be a good fit for working together, and if I have availability that matches your schedule, we can try a few sessions. If we aren’t the right fit, I’ll offer to find you referrals to another therapist.

  3. Continue therapy

    We'll keep working towards your goals, and check in often about how things are going.

  4. Stop whenever you want

    You can stop at any time. If we’ve been working together for a while, I can help you assess whether you’ve met your goals.

After you schedule the consultation, I’ll email you a confirmation and zoom link.
