Types of Therapy I UseI'm trained in many ways of doing therapy. The one I use the most is called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. It's a relational, somatic, attachment model that is based in neuroscience. It's also trauma-informed.

For clients who want more structure, I use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
