I'm trained in many ways of doing therapy. The one I use the most is called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. It's a relational, somatic, attachment model that is based in neuroscience. It's also trauma-informed.

I tailor my approach to the needs and preferences of each person. I also incorporate a variety of modalities from the scientific to the soulful: neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy, body focusing, values-based coaching, transpersonal psychology, and the Enneagram. For clients who want more structure, I use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also have a deep appreciation for the healing that occurs through creative expression such as music, dance, and visual arts. Here are some books that I recommend.
